Prices
When you booked, in the prices are included: use of kitchen, appliances,furnishings, tools, of all equipment for the preparation and consumption of meal, those relating to electricity, gas and water.
– the Wi-Fi (It is provided for your convenience only. No refund will be garanted therefore for problems due to the speed, access problems or personal preferences related to internet service)
-Bicycle: they are offered for free and they are of exclusive use of the guests: Only in case of stealing, damage, or for example the replacement of the tube, it’s guest responsability refund it.
-Use of air conditioner/heating is not included, It’s counted by use, by unit counter.
-Bed linen and towels are included in the rental price only in low season.
-When you booked, in the final cleaning, the bathroom, the kitchen (fridge, dishes and cookers) , BBQ and the garbage’s differentiation are not included in the cleaning cost; will be guest’s responsability to keep them clean!
Registration
The Guest, on his arrival, is required to display an identity document valid for registration, in accordance with current laws.
Deposit
During the delivery of the keys will be require a deposit. It will be refound once observed the absence of damages in the property.
Cancellation of Booking
In case of cancellation:
-If the cancellation is until and over 30 days from the date of booking the full amount is refunded.
-If the cancellation is made in the last 30 days from the date of booking and ‘apartment is not rented again, there will be no refund.
-If the cancellation is made in the last 30 days from the date of booking and the apartment is rented again, the’ full amount is refunded.
Pets
It is forbidden bring animals inside the apartment.
Arrival & Departure
The apartment is available from 10 am on arrival day (flexible according to the needs of both sides), the same shall be released, unless otherwise agreed, by 11 am (flexible according to the needs of both sides) the day following the last night.
Responsibility
If the guest causes damage to the property or to the furniture, or took away any content, will be responsible, and refund the damage itself.
Number of People
In neither case is allowed the lodging to people exceeding the number specified at the time of booking, unless previously agreed. For such a case, in fact, there is a price increase. The manager reserves the right to deny entry to the accommodation if this condition is not observed.
Obligations
